The Zug Tea Journey is an innovative YES startup founded by seven dedicated students from the Menzingen Cantonal School. Their mission? They want to turn tea into a truly special experience—more than just a hot beverage, but rather an enjoyable and educational journey through the beautiful canton of Zug.
With every cup of tea, you’ll immerse yourself in the diversity of the Zug region. Each of the 12 carefully selected tea varieties represents a Zug municipality—accompanied by a fascinating story, a local legend, or a special anecdote. Simply scan the QR code on each tea bag and discover the stories behind the municipalities. This way, you can turn your tea break into a little adventure—and bring a special joy to your loved ones at the same time.

An exclusive box containing 12 tea bags, each weighing 2 g—each variety lovingly curated.
Origin & Quality: UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve—a region known for sustainable farming and the highest quality. The tea is delivered in bulk to the Menzingen Cantonal School, where the Zuger TeeReise team hand-packs it hygienically and with great attention to detail to preserve its full aroma.

Note on Shipping & Bulk Orders:
The Zuger TeeReise can be ordered by mail or picked up in person at the Zug Shop. Within Switzerland, it is shipped via A-Post. International shipping is not available.
Please note that for larger orders shipped by mail, additional packaging costs and a packaging fee will be charged. For large orders or custom requests, please contact the Zug Tourism Team well in advance by phone or email. Please note that for larger quantities, appropriate lead times and production times must be taken into account. We would be happy to discuss the next steps with you, as well as possible delivery and packaging options.
