The variety is characterized by robust berry skins and good resistance to major fungal diseases. This makes it particularly well-suited for natural, resource-efficient viticulture.
\nAt Hofmeister, the Souvignier Gris is fruity and fresh. The sensory description includes notes of honeydew melon, apricot jam, and quince juice.
