Blending different grape varieties into a harmonious cuv\u00e9e enhances the quality of our Ch\u00e4ppeli wine, as it combines the various positive characteristics of the different grape varieties.<\/p>\n
For particularly good vintages, we age the wine in an oak barrel. This gives our cuv\u00e9e a subtle vanilla aroma, and the tannins from the oak barrel add depth, a spicy note, and a fragrance reminiscent of black cherries. <\/p>\n
Pairs well with pasta, grilled meats, game, lamb, and roasts.<\/p>\n
